  • Banana blossom
  • Potato
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Fennel seeds
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric
  • Green chillies
  • Cashew
  • Raisins
  • Corinader
  • Lemon
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • heat the oil in a hot kadhai and saute the banana blossom for a minute. Then add the ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chilli, fennel seeds and required salt and saute till its raw smell leaves. Add the mashed potato, mix well and remove from the flame. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Then add the cashews, raisins and coriander leaves, and mix well. Then add the bread crumbs, again mix well and the cutlets dough is ready. Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten the balls to form cutlets shape and shallow fry in the hot oil over medium flame and ready to serve.
