  • Cabbage
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • French beans
  • Maida
  • Corn flour
  • Spring onions
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Red chilli sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Ginger garlic
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl add all veggies,add maida cornstarch, salt,red chilli powder, garlic ginger, make a tight dough without water. Then deep fry in oil. Sauce for veg 99. Take a nonstick kadhai add 2 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic chopped. Saute for few seconds then add green chilli slits 2,3, add 1tbsp water then add tomato sauce, Red chilli sauce, Soya sauce. Then add vinegar, salt little bit, then add cornflour water and cook 1 minute. Add Already prepared Veg 99. Mix well and serve.
