  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Rice
  • Potato
  • Carrot
  • Peas
  • Beans
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Red chilli powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,cumin, mustard,potato, carrot,beans,peas and saute well. Then add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala and mix. Then add the soaked rice and water and cook for 25-30 minutes on low flame and serve hot.
