- In mix vegetables use cabbage, carrots, capsicum, french beans, Finely chop them in chopper, give rest by adding salt. After 15-20 minutes squeeze the vegetables.
- Now take mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well. Give a shape of tikki and allow to rest in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Now coat the tikki with cornflour slurry and breadcrumbs. Dip fry them all.
- Serve it hot with green chutney.
