  • Hug curd
  • Panner
  • Mix vegetables
  • Roasted besan
  • Bread slices
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Cornflour slurry
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Gralic cloves
  • Green chilli
  • Ginger

Instructions

  • In mix vegetables use cabbage, carrots, capsicum, french beans, Finely chop them in chopper, give rest by adding salt. After 15-20 minutes squeeze the vegetables.
  • Now take mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well. Give a shape of tikki and allow to rest in fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Now coat the tikki with cornflour slurry and breadcrumbs. Dip fry them all.
  • Serve it hot with green chutney.
