  • Basmati Rice
  • Curd
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Cardamom,Cloves,black pepper, cinnamon,Jeera
  • haldi,Salt,garam masala, biryani masala,red Chilly
  • Onion
  • Chopped Beans, chopped Cauliflower
  • Paneer

Instructions

  • Soak rice for 30mins.Take a deep pan to cook rice. Boil water,add spices,salt,Ghee.Let it boil, add soaked rice to it, cook for two minutes on large Flame.Then slow down the flame to medium & cook the rice till it is 70% Cooked.Strain The Rice &Let it cool
  • For marination take a bowl,add chopped veggies,curd,ginger garlic paste, spices and fried onions. Rest it for 20mins. Half cook the veggies in another pan.
  • Take a handi and start layering. Add cooked veggies,top of it add cooked rice,add saffron milk,fried onions,pudina leaves. Repeat the same layering again. Now cover the handi with lid & cook this for 15-20mins on low flame.
  • To give it a smoky flavor,place a small bowl with hot coal in the centre of the handi. Add a spoonful of ghee to the coal and cover the handi with a lid. Keep it for 5-7 mins,open the lid ,remove the coal bowl and enjoy the biryani.
