Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger,Chilli,garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
  • Slice green chili 1
  • Mix vegetables 1 cup
  • Slice tomatoes 1
  • Dice onion 2
  • White paste 2 tbsp
  • Red gravy 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/2 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the oil and butter in pan add all the ingredients one by one and saute for 2-3 minutes
  • Now add vegetables and cook them.
  • Now add masala and cook till oil is released.
  • Finally add cream and garnish with coriander.
