  • Paneer 200gm
  • Potato 250gm
  • Green peas 200gm
  • Tomato 1 big
  • Genger 1 inch
  • Green chilli 3pc
  • Cashew 20gm
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1/4tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/4tsp
  • Ghee 1tsp
  • Cardamom 3pc
  • Clove 3pc
  • Cinnamon 1.5inch
  • Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  • Bay leaves 1pc
  • Dry chilli 2pc
  • Refind oil 150gm

Instructions

  • First paneer aur potato ko choto choto pc kar lijiya Tomato and Genger ko bhi cut kar kijiya.
  • Gas ko on karke khadai pe refind oil add kare .. masala paste taiyar karna parega uske liya oil pe Genger, Tomato,Cashew, green chilli add kare usko 1 minutes fry karke grinder pe paste karenge..
  • Ek powder masala ka paste taiyar jar lenga uske liya ek bowl main Turmeric, Red chilli,cumin,coriander powder add karke thoda paani add karke ek thik paste bana lenga..
  • Gas on karke khadai pe refind oil add kare .oil pe Paneer aur potato ko alag alag karke fry karlenga. Fry karne baad side pe rakh dongs.
  • Firse khadai pe oil main Cardamom,cinnamon, clove and sukha masalas add kare .. uske few seconds fry karne ke baad jo masala grind kiya tha wo add kare .. 2- 3 minutes tak fry kare .. next jo powder masala ka paste tha usko bhi add kare .. masala pakh ne ke baad fryed potato add kare usko bhi thodi time tak fry karne ke baad salt and sugar add karne ke baad 1 cup water add kare .. 5 minutes cover & cook karne ke baad Paneer add karke 10 minutes cook karne ke baad Garam masala and Ghee add karne baad serve kare Matar paneer
