- Take 1 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp oil, salt in a mixing bowl. Make a very soft and pliable dough by adding required water. Let it rest for 1 hour.In the meantime let us make the filling. Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in a wok. Add 1/2 tsp chili flakes and 1/2 tsp minced garlic to the hot oil. Saute for few seconds.
- Add finely chopped veggies. Season with salt and pepper powder. Mix well and saute in high flame for 5-7 minutes. Let cook thoroughly.Divide the dough into 12-15 equal balls. Roll a dough ball into a very thin circle. Dust with flour as required.
- place 2 tsp of filling in the center. Pleat and seal the momos.Finish making 15 momos in the similar way. Arrange in a steamer and steam cook for 12-15 minutes. Serve whole wheat veg momos hot with dipping sauce.
