  • Semolina Vermicelli
  • Cabbage , finely chopped
  • Carrots , grated
  • Bell Peppers, sliced
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Green Chilli
  • Small Onion, sliced
  • Soy sauce
  • Tomato sauce
  • Chings Noodles Masala
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions

  • Add vermicelli in to hot boiling water. Once cooked, drain excess water and set aside.
  • Add Oil to a pan. Once the oil is hot, add add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, onion saute for a 2-3 min. Then add cabbage, carrots, bell Peppers. Mix and saute it for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked vermicelli, Chings noodles masala, Soy Sauce and Tomato sauce. Mix everything well and cook it for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
  • Turn off heat and serve immediately.
