- Add vermicelli in to hot boiling water. Once cooked, drain excess water and set aside.
- Add Oil to a pan. Once the oil is hot, add add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, onion saute for a 2-3 min. Then add cabbage, carrots, bell Peppers. Mix and saute it for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked vermicelli, Chings noodles masala, Soy Sauce and Tomato sauce. Mix everything well and cook it for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
- Turn off heat and serve immediately.
