  • Rice
  • Ghee
  • Onion
  • Green chilli
  • Tomato
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt and turmeric
  • Brocoli
  • Potato
  • Green peas
  • Carrot
  • Soya bean
  • Tej patta
  • Maggi masala
  • Clove and choti elaichi
  • Jeera and black pepper

Instructions

  • Take ghee and put jeera ,black pepper ,long ,onion ,garlic clove , green chilli 3 ,ginger ,tej petta ,chotti elaichi and do tadka
  • Now put maggi masala , tomato ,turmeric ,salt and mix it
  • Now put potato ,carrot ,frozen green peas, soya bean and broccoli and cook for 3 minute
  • Now put rice and water and have 2 whistle of rice and off the flame and rest for 3 minute and open the pressure cooker and serve it and eat it with salad , papad ,chutney or pickle Now tasty theri is ready
