- Take the chapati dough and shape it into a smooth ball. roll the dough on a flat surface to make a thin round chapati. Cook on the pan on both sides evenly Cut all the vegetables in julienne. In a pan heat the oil, add sliced onions and cook till they turn translucent. now add ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add the chopped green chillies and turmeric powder & red chilli powder . mix well and saute for a min. Add all the vegetables and saute. Once the vegetables are almost cooked , turn off the flame. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice and check the seasoning . Take a chapati, spread some green chutney. Place the cooked vegetables at the center of the chapati Roll the chapati and seal the edges. Serve with green chutney.
