  • Cooked rice
  • Oil
  • Jeera
  • Onion
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Green chilli paste
  • Curry leaves, coriander
  • Turmeric
  • Onions
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Garam masala
  • Spring onions

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add 3tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds, mustard,then add red chilli powder,garam masala,onions,turmeric, coriander, curry leaves,salt, then saute them for 2-3 minutes and add dark soy sauce and vinegar.mix well and add one cup cooked rice..garnish it with coriander and spring onions and the veg fried rice is ready.
