  • Carrot
  • French beans
  • Potato
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Oil
  • Chilli powder
  • Veg kolhapuri masala
  • Turmeric

Instructions

  • Carrot 1 cup chopped French beans 1cup chopped Potato 1 cup chopped Onion 1 medium size chopped Take a pan and add 4tbsp of oil and add mustard, jeera and add potato,carrot and cook them for 5minutes and add beans and onions next cook them for another 5 minutes and add turmeric l,add 1/2 cup water and add salt according to your taste and add veg kolhapuri masala and add chilli powder 2tbsp mix well (u can also add groundnut powder)and cook for another 8-10 minutes and garnish with coriander on top and the veg kolhapuri curry is ready
