Chop veggies Add veggies, pepper powder,salt,all purpose flour,corn flour into a mixing bowl Leave sometime to marinate Try to make balls without adding water Deep fry in oil Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, spring onions & capsicum. Sauté for sometime Add red chillies sauce,tomato ketchup & soya sauce & mix well Add corn flour slurry & salt Mix everything well & adjust consistency Now pour this mixture on manchurian balls Delicious veg manchurian is ready

  • * French beans 8
  • Carrot 2
  • Capsicum 2
  • Spring onions 10
  • Cabbage (optional)
  • Corn flour 4 tsp
  • All purpose flour 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 1. Chop spring onions,French beans,capsicum & cabbage finely
  • Grate carrot
  • Add chopped veggies, grated carrot,1/2 tsp pepper powder,all purpose flour,corn flour & salt to a mixing w
  • Mix everything well without adding water. Leave sometime to marinate so that u should be able to make rounds out of it.
  • Deep fry the manchurian balls till it is done,place on kitchen tissue to absorb excess oil.
  • Now ,to prepare sauce,heat oil,add chopped garlic,spring onions,chopped capsicum & sauté
  • Now add tomato ketchup,red chillies sauce & soya sauce & mix everything well
  • Add corn flour slurry,salt & adjust consistency
  • Pour sauce on veg manchurian balls
