- Take water and add sevai in it. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Then drain the water. In a pan add oil,mustard, channa dal,urad dal, green chilly and curry leaves. add chopped onion and stir well. Then add tomato, carrot, Capsicum,peas, Turmeric,sambar powder and mix well. Cook till soft. Then add cooked sevai and mix well. Serve hot.
