Hi everyone , Today's special is veg steam momos . Very tasty and moist you will just love it . Ingredients:- 1} Maida : 2 and ½ cup . 2} Salt : ½ tbsp . 3} Oil : ½ tbsp . 4} Oil : 2 tbsp. 5} Onion: ½ cup fine chopped. 6} Carrot : ⅓ cup . 7} Cabbage: 2 cups . 8} Soya sauce : 1 tbsp . 9} Green chilly paste : ½ tbsp . 10} Vinger : 1 tsp . 11} Red chilly powder: ½ tbsp . 12} Salt : 1 tsp . 13} Black pepper : ½ tsp . 14} Tumeric : 1 pinch . 15} Cumin : ½ tbsp . 16} Water : 350 ml to knead dough
