  • Spring onions
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Noodles
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Red chilli powder
  • Noodles masala
  • Peas

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,cumin, mustard,chopped onion, Carrot,spring onions,peas and saute well. Then add red chilli powder,noodles masala,salt,pepper powder and mix well. Then add cooked noodles,soy sauce, vinegar and mix well. Top it off with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
