  • 2noodles
  • Salt

  • Garlic
  • Green Chili
  • Onion
  • Mixed veggies

Instructions

  • Bring 5 cup water to a rolling boil.Add the noodles and cook them.rince them well under running cold water.Sprinkle 1 TSP oil and spread the noodles.
  • Pour oil to a hot add garlic and green chilli stir fry and add onion .fry them a minute
  • Add all the veggies carrots cauliflower anpeas and beans.toss and stir fry well.Add salt.
  • Toss and stir fry for 2 minutes.serve veg noodles hot .

Notes/Tips

You can try making Veg noodles using aata noodles pack it's more healthy and tasty. You can use many vegetables.For children don't use sauce as it's unhealthy.
