  • Red chilli powder
  • Cumin
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Make a thick batter of flour by using red chili powder, cumin, hing, salt,with water. Dip the vegetables cauliflower,capsicum,onion,chillies, brinjal,in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
