  • Peas
  • Carrot
  • Baby corn
  • French beans
  • Broccoli
  • Zucchini
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Tomato
  • Ginger garlic
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Red chilli powder
  • Cashew paste
  • Kasuri methi
  • Garam masala
  • Cream
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Corinader powder
  • Cheese

Instructions

  • Take a pan heat ghee, add ginger, chilly, garlic and onion paste and a little red chilly, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder and saute for two minutes. Add onion, saute till it has become brown then add tomato and cook it. Add kashmiri chilli paste, saute it. Add all the boiled vegetable. Add cashew paste. Add butter, lemon juice, garam masala, kasoori methi, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder. Stir it. Serve hot in a bowl. Add a little cheese for garnishing.
