Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled rice
  • Vegetables: 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup each of yellow &red bell pepper(chopped)
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion stalk 1-2 chopped gree
  • 1-2 chopped green chillies
  • 2-3 small mushrooms,chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper to taste Salt
  • Sauces: 1 tsp red chilli /green chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a wok,add chopped garluc and green chillies.Saute 1 minute.
  • Add onion,saute 30 seconds.Add carrot.Saute 1 minute.
  • Add all other vegetables.Saute on high flame for 2-3minutes.Add tomato sauce,chilli sauce,crushed black pepper and salt.Mix well.
  • Add boiled rice,toss /mix well.Add soya sauce and vinegar.Mix well
  • Put off heat. Garnish with spring onion stalk.Chinese veg fried rice is ready to serve.
