  • Garam masala powder, water,Oil or ghee,Haldi,red p

Instructions

  • First u cut veggie,then u shock rice for 5 minutes, put cooker on the gas put oil or ghee in it,tej patta,khade masale,Haldi,garlic ginger paste,fry it of 2 min.then put all veggies,fry it then put garam masala,rice fry it in medium flame,3 minutes, after put water in it pressure cooked it.

Notes/Tips

With curd kathabarta,or salad & with bundi Raita goes super
