- Take a bowl put boiled rajma now mash it Add salt , ginger garlic chilli paste, coriander, chopped onion Add poha for thickness and support ingredient for fry cutlet
- Mix it and then give circle patties cutlet shape Now fry it Fir healthy you can shallow fry also Till golden brown
- Take yogurt add orgeron, chilli flakes, garlic mix And pinch of salt
- Take a sliced onion saute it in little oil and pinch of salt
- Take a burger pav cut it from middle One slide of pav put yogurt mixture n spread it On other side what ever you want tomato sauce or mayonnaise apply it Keep the rajma cutlet on it Keep cheese slice on it
- Add sliced tomato Add saute onion sliced on it Sprinkle orgeron and chilli flakes cover the burger with other cut pav Rajma burger is ready
