  • Maida 1 cup
  • Salt for taste
  • Mix vegetables 1 bowl
  • Soy sauce
  • Chilly sauce
  • Tomato sauce

Instructions

  • Base-In bowl mix Maida salt add hot oil mix well add water little by little make smooth dough set aside for 1 hr.
  • Filling - in pan add spoon of oil salut onion ginger garlic aromatic. Add desire vegetables like carrot capsicum beans potatoes baby corn cabbages salute well crunchy add soya sauce chilli sauce tomato ketchup salt mix well.
  • Roll out thr dough into thin sheet fill with vegetables stir fry fold into desired shape shallow fry in pan with little oil to crispy golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Notes/Tips

To roll out thin sheet add oil and flour paste in between two roti and separate latter. Deep fry also can be done
