- Chop Cabbage, Onion, Spring Onion & Carrot. take a Bowl & put all chopped Vegetables in it. Add Ginger paste & Salt in it. Mix very well. Take another bowl. Add Wheat Flour, Salt & Oil in it. Make a soft Dough.
- Divide the dough in to small portions. Take a portion & roll it like a small Roti. Stuff the vegetable mixture in it. Seal the dumpling. Put the dumpling in the momo steamer. Now repeat the steps to make all Dumplings.
- Now steam all the dumpling until they catch a shinny glassy texture. Take out the dumplings very carefully & put them in a tray. Serve hot with Tomato Chilli Chutney / Sauce.
