- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté well. Add mushrooms and mix well. Add French beans, baby corn, 1 cup water and salt, mix and bring to a boil. Add broccoli florets, carrot and capsicum and mix. Add cornflour slurry, mix well and bring to a boil. Take steamed rice in a serving bowl, top with stewed vegetables, garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
