- Wash the grapes properly and boil in a pot with water and sugar till the grapes change color and start fading.
- Strain in a strainer and keep the boiled grapes aside and mash a little. Transfer the strained grape juice to the same pot again and once it becomes hot.
- Mix 2tbsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water very well with no lumps. Add the grape juice and add 3 tbsp sugar.
- Start stirring till it turns translucent. Add the cooked grapes and mix very well. Add 2 drops of vanilla essence after switching off the flame.
- Pour into ramekins or serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set in. Garnish with fresh-cut grapes and mint leaves and Serve.
