Ingredients

  • 1 medium grated carrot, 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/2 cup of oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions

  • carrot, 1 medium zucchini and 1 medium potato, squeeze it to remove access water from veggies.
  • 🌱Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic, small onion finely chopped, add 1/2 cup of oat flour, 1/2 tsp cumin powder,1/2 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste , little black paper powder and mix well to form binding consistency dough.
  • 🌱form equal size ball to form patty. 🌱in a baking tray place parchment paper, place patties in row and bake it in pre heated oven for about 20-25 minutes each side.

Notes/Tips

Apply oil while making patt to avoid stick to palm
