Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate couverture (not compound chocolate)
  • Filtered hot water

Instructions

  • Put a clean bowl on a bowl full of ice. Add chopped chocolate in the chilled bowl and add hot water to it and mix till it melts. As it melts, continously whisk till it becomes thick. Serve in shot glasses with nuts and dairy free whipped cream on top.
