- Soak the brown rice for 3-4 hours. Drain the water and grind roughly. Finely grind the almonds and dry dates. Take a deep pan and keep the water for heating. When the water becomes hot, add the ground brown rice and cook stirring occasionally till soft.
- Add the dates syrup and mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Add coconut milk, almond powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder. Cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
- Serve hot or cold garnished with chopped almonds.
