- Dry roast Daliya (broken wheat) for 2 minutes and keep aside. In a cooker heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add ginger and green chillies sautè for 1/2 minute. Add onion, carrot, beans and sautè for 1 minute. Add peas and tomatoes sautè for 1 minute.
- Add turmeric. Put daliya, salt and water. Stir everything together and cover the lid of cooker. Cook on high. After 1 whistle simmer the gas and cook for 4 minutes. Let the cooker cool on it's own.
- Open the lid and sprinkle 1 packet of maggi masala e magic. Stir it. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tastes best when served hot. Have it with papad, curd/raita, salad and pickle.
- It's a wholesome power packed meal. You can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
