  • Multigrain Bread
  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Cheese
  • Salt and peper
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • In a bowl, except the bread, mix all the ingredients together. Place the mixture between 2 slices of bread and grill it until its dark brown. Serve hot as it is or with mint chutney.
