- For making plain khicdi In pressure cooker add rice dal water salt hing and turmeric powder and cook for 2 whistles.
- Blench the vegetables like carrots, cauliflower, beans, peas, corn, potatoes and any other vegetables of ur choice.
- Now heat oil and ghee in pan add cumin seeds, Then add whole spices like cinnamon sticks, cloves, black pepper, bay leaf, star asine , black cardamom and dry red chilli.
- Now add ginger chilli garlic paste and saute for 1-2 minutes. Now add onion and capsicum saute till they are soft
- Now add the chopped tomatoes, blend vegetables and all the seasoning to it and cook till oil is released.
- Now add the plain khicdi to it and adjust the consistency by adding water. Finally add Lemon juice and off the flame.
- Serve it hot with pappad, curd ,pickle, chutney and onion salad.
