- Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard. Let it crackled. Add turmeric and finely chopped green chillies. Add roughly mashed potatoes and salt. Mix it well.
- Once it is ready, let it cool. Meanwhile arrange the puff sheets. Spread the mixture. Seal the edges. You can use fork. I did it with fingers.
- You may cover it differently as shown in the picture. Bake it on 180° for 25 minutes in preheated oven. Enjoy hot.
