Vegetable Tadka Maggi

Ingredients

  • 1 Spoon Butter
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 Cup baby corn
  • 1/4 Cup peas
  • 4 cakes of maggi
  • 4 sachet maggi masala
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Take butter and heat in pot
  • add garlic and onion. sauté till transparent
  • add baby corn and peas. make sure no ice if frozen
  • Once properly sautéed, add 2 cups of water
  • once water starts boiling add the maggi
  • boil till water evaporates, serve while hot

Can add spices as required
