  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Ajwain
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Oil
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Raw banana
  • Green chillies
  • Brinjal
  • Potato
  • Onion
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add besan,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,ajwain,salt, turmeric,cumin and mix well. Then add water and make a batter. Dip the veggies and fry in hot oil. And serve with onion,tomato ketchup.
