- Take a pressure cooker and add potato, carrot,peas,beans, corinader,brinjal,tomato,onion and water. Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles. Then remove the water and mash the veggies slightly then add cornflour,pepper powder,garam masala,salt and make a dough. Make them into oblong patties. Take breadcrumbs in a bowl and cornflour slurry in another bowl. Dip the cutlet in cornflour slurry then in breadcrumbs. Then deep fry in hot oil and serve hot with ketchup.
