  • Potatoes
  • French beans
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Green peans
  • Beetroot
  • Ginger garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Chat masala
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cornstarch
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Mix together potatoes, French beans, capsicum, carrot, green peas, beetroot, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, lemon juice, salt, chaat masala, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs and cornstarch in a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into Fingers. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the fingers and shallow-fry from both sides till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. And serve hot

Notes/Tips

These fingers can be eaten with mayyo and ketchup.
