  • Egg
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Beans
  • Spring onions
  • Cooked Rice
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Mustard

Instructions

  • Take a pan and oil,cumin, mustard, carrot,onion,spring onions,beans and saute well. Then add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well. Then break a egg and beat well then pour the mixture and scramble it. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add cooked rice,soy sauce and mix well and serve hot.
