- Soak rice and dal for 4 to 5 hrs and then grind it into smooth batter add all masalas,bottle gourd and mix it well, add curd,salt as per taste and mix it properly and keep aside for half n hr.
- Temper it with hot oul by adding mustard seed, hing all dry spices, til and add in the batter mix it well
- Heat a heavy bottom pan add oil,add sesame seed and spread the batter and cover it with lid and cook on a low flame and when it is cook from one side flip it gently on other side and cook for sometime on low flame on other side by applying oil on both side cover the lid.when it cooked,golden brown and crispy remove it and cut inti pieces and enjoy with cup of tea
