- Boil vegetables like carrot, beans and sweet corn till done.
- Heat oil in thick bottomed pan. Saute jeera and 2 slit green chillies.
- Add onion slices, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Saute for few minutes.
- Add capsicum pieces and tomato pieces and fry till capsicum is soft but not mushy.
- Mix in tomato puree and tomato ketchup.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Now time to add boiled vegetables and paneer pieces and give a thorough mix.
- Finally add garam masala and kasuri methi.
