•Heat the oil and add onion,carrots all veggies as per your choice then add tomato paste cook ,stirring until the veggies becomee soften. •Add the fennel seeds, garlic, black pepper, half tsp of salt and the red pepper flakes and cook. •After 10 minutes pour the vegetable stock of boiled veggies. • Add potatoes,bay leaves .Raise the heat and give boil. • Add frozen peas and cook for 5 minutes. •Remove the pot from heat add lemon juice.
