- Mix together carrot, cabbage, fenugreek leaves and salt in a bowl and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Add ginger-green chilli paste and yogurt and mix. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Add gram flour, wheat flour, adjust salt, mix and knead into a semi-soft dough. Add some water if required while kneading. Add 1 tablespoon oil and knead again. Divide the dough into equal portions. Coat each portion with some flour and roll out into thin discs. Heat a non-stick pan. Place each disc and roast from both sides till golden brown, basting with some oil. Fold and serve hot.
