- Take a saucer pan add 1/2 water in it and switch on the gas stove when water boils add pinch or salt and 1/4 tap of refined in it and add vermicelli mix it for 2 min and switch off the gas nd drain the vermicelli .
- Add non stick pan or kadai add refined oil in it when oil heats up add mustard seeds, jeera, kadhi patta , cashew nuts
- Sauté for 2 min then add onion in it when onion gets transparent add all veggies in it , add green chilies and salt and cover it with lid for 5 min in simmer gas flame .
- When the veggies cooked with crunch add vermicelli in it nd give a great mix to the upmaa
