Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup green moong dal
  • Salt to tastes
  • 1 tspn coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tspn red chili powder
  • Pinch hing
  • 1 tspn lemon Juice
  • 1 tspn garam Masala
  • 1 tspn turmeric Powder
  • Coriander as needed
  • 1 tspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 finely chopped onions
  • 1 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cumin seeds
  • 1/4 mustard seeds
  • 1 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tspn ghee

Instructions

  • Washed n Soaked daal n rice together for 15 minutes.
  • Added it in cooker with added required water n turmeric powder n salt.
  • Pressure cooked with 4 whistle in medium flame.
  • Heat ghee in pan n added onions, garlic ginger paste n tomatoes n cooked it.
  • Added salt to taste of n all spices in it n mix well.
  • After reduce in Ghee added khichdi in it.mix well.
  • Ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Served with buttermilk n Papad. With sprinkle some green garlic.
