Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • At first, finely chop the parsley leaves and set it aside.
  • Now mak a tough dough of flour and knead it to make two tortila-like circles and stuff the previously chopped parsley into its half-circle-sized space.
  • Now, wrap it with the other half-circle-sized part and seal it by making Designs using a fork.
  • Next, take a nonstick skillet and heat it up. Once it is hot, in it, pour 5 tbsp of cooking oil and shallow fry the pastries until they become golden.
  • Finally, kill the heat and your Vegetarian Chebureki is ready to be served. Bon Appetite!

Notes/Tips

While Sealing the ends of the half-circle-sized wrap, extra care needs to be taken as the stuff inside must not leak out while shallow-frying. The choice of oil is at your Discretion, however, I strongly recommend the use of vegetable oil as it is cholesterol free and is good for the heart.
