  • Olive oil
  • Onion
  • Green bell Pepper
  • Red Pepper
  • Yellow Pepper
  • Cumin Powder
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Wheat tortillas
  • Yogurt
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes

Instructions

  • On a large skillet over medium heat, add oil. Add the onion and peppers to the skillet and sauté until slightly softened, Sprinkle cumin powder, red chilli flakes and salt. Combine, using the water as needed to promote steaming and prevent sticking.
  • Lay tortillas flat, spread yogurt down the centre of each tortilla, load the veggie mixture and cover with the lettuce and tomato. Serve immediately.
