- Finely chop all the veggies and add in a bowl along with the green chillies & fresh coriander also grate the ginger.
- Now add oil, salt , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , hing , cumin seeds , mustard seeds, chickpea flour & our favourite Maggie Masala-e-magic and give it a good mix. Now add water little by little as required to make a batter consistency.
- Heat a nonstick pan on a medium gas, apply oil and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in a clockwise motion and let it cook on one side. Once done sprinkle some oil on the top and flip the omelette and again cook on this side.
