  • Maggie Masala-e-Magic
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot grated
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Hing (Asafoetida)
  • Cumin seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • Chickpea Flour (Besan)
  • Oil
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions

  • Finely chop all the veggies and add in a bowl along with the green chillies & fresh coriander also grate the ginger.
  • Now add oil, salt , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , hing , cumin seeds , mustard seeds, chickpea flour & our favourite Maggie Masala-e-magic and give it a good mix. Now add water little by little as required to make a batter consistency.
  • Heat a nonstick pan on a medium gas, apply oil and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in a clockwise motion and let it cook on one side. Once done sprinkle some oil on the top and flip the omelette and again cook on this side.
  • And your quick & easy breakfast with masala magic twist is Ready to be eaten!

Notes/Tips

For chilla style the batter should be of runny consistency and for pancake style the batter should be of thick consistency.
