  • Capcicum
  • Beans
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Green chilies
  • Garam Masala powered
  • Cardamam ,Cinnamon
  • Black pepper powder, salt, sugar
  • Flour, butter, milk,
  • White oil

Instructions

  • Cuts all vegetables at julienne shape,Cut Chicken slices, finely chop Garlic and Ginger, small onion cubs.
  • Add white oil into a pan put chicken slices medium fry then keep it aside then put 2 cardamom, cinnamon then add all vegetables into the pan on medium heat and fry, add small amount salt and sugar, black pepper powder on the vegetables now add fry chicken slices then soute all ingredients.
  • Take a pan on another gas oven add some flour and butter and in medium flame then add milk and stir nicely for make a white sauce.
  • Now add white sauce on the cooking dish and simmer for few minutes. Spread Garam Masala powder on it. Now serve it with Roti, paratha ect..
