  • Burger buns
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Cabbage
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Potato
  • Red chilli powder
  • Corinader powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Peri peri masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and add potato,water and cook it for 1-2 whistles. Take a pan and add oil,cumin powder, corinader powder,red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Then add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix well. Let it cool completely. Then make a flat tikki's. And deep fry them. Take a burger bun and cut it into two parts. Then greese one side it with tomato ketchup and another side with mayonnaise. Then put sliced onion,tomato,cabbage,place prepared tikki and sprinkle some salt,peri peri masala. Then place the other side of bun on top and grease bun with butter and serve.
